FaceBook Live: Increasing Our Life Force For Greater Immunity

Now, more than ever, is the time to increase the flow of life energy in our energy centers or chakras. A strong flow of clear energy through our bodies is key to health, better relationships, abundance and vitality. But, our attitudes or ways of thinking can open up or, otherwise, reduce our life energy.

Join us for this FaceBook Live where we’ll be delving into the age old Chakra system. As part of our FB live, we’ll show you an effective way to open up the energy center, the heart or incentive chakra.

Since this pandemic especially attacks the respiratory system, we wanted to share this self-therapy exercise to help open up and strengthen the energy flow in the heart chakra.
