Messages From Angels or Guides – Exercise To Connect Everyday
I. This Messages from Angels exercise is to consciously connect with your angels or guides. The more you do this the more you will know and be living your life purpose.
There are many words used to describe these higher souls: inner guidance, spiritual guidance, masters, and other terms. It is not so important what you call them, but learning how to communicate with them. Once you do this you will know for yourself who you are communicating with.
This is a quick and simple exercise that you can use whenever you want to receive insights from your spiritual helpers.
There are many ways you can use these Messages from Angels technique. You can do this exercise each morning to receive an insight from your angels about your day. Another way is before you start a project, ask your Spiritual Guidance for a keyword, phrase, picture, etc. for the project. The angels will share something that is helpful to know. When you face a challenge ask for a keyword to help you with it.
Your angels have a bigger picture of what is happening in your life. They can help you so you:
- make the best decisions
- know who you can count with
- warn you to avoid troubles
- do more of what you are here to do (your purpose)
II. Messages From Angels or Guides Exercise
- Have some paper and a pen and suggest you read this exercise through first
- This Messages From Angels technique works when you are more relaxed and feeling clear. You can use a relaxation or clearing technique prior to doing this depending on your state of mind
- Some people may prefer to do this when they first wake up. Whatever way works for you.
- You may have some way you use to relax already. If so, you can use that to be in a more calm clear state of being
- If you do not have a particular relaxation technique now, then just take time out to get away from the distractions (if you prefer to sit or lay down, whatever way you feel is better )
- Ask your angels to give you an insight they want to share with you.
- Take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Repeat this several times
- Take another deep breath and as you exhale note what comes to you. It may be a thought, a picture, feeling, or whatever you receive
- Write down what you receive
- Does it have any meaning to you? if you have a sense of what the insight is about for you great! Whether you do, or do not have a sense of this now, continue on with this messages from angels exercise
- Later during the day recall the word, phrase, picture or whatever you received. Does it have any meaning to you than? It may have something to do with your day or how you are doing.
- You can log any more thoughts you have about the word, picture, etc. and what it is means to you or why you received it
- Do the same before you retire at nite. Is there anything you than see or understand about your keyword?
- Depending on how relaxed and open your inner communication will determine how well this Messages from Angels technique works for you. If you have ways to relax and tune in already, you can use them. Otherwise there are many good ways available to do this
- Practice is the key. Try this out and you will see how this is for you and how relaxed and open your inner communication is.
- If it does not work for you at first be patient, it just means to take some time to learn to relax and tune in more. Anyone can learn to open up their clear inner connection to receive all the helpful insights they need from their angels
- Remember: Whether you realize it or not, your angels have been helping you and will continue helping you.
